Outside the Box – Christy Johnson
What could be more special than seeing your artwork on this years’ Run for the Renascence t-shirts? Students at the Renascence School International were encouraged to send in a drawing to compete for the honor of having their artwork represented on the Run for the Renascence 5K t-shirts! The team of judges did not have access to the artists’ names as they voted on the top three designs! After much debate, 1st place was awarded to Mady Magness! Mady has now run away with 1st place for two years in a row! Way to go Mady! 2nd place went to Eliana Mullis and 3rd place to Marisa Stahl! A big congratulations to all three of our top finishers! The Run for the Renascence is an annual 5k event and Fun Run that brings together families of the Renascence School International and also those members of the community who just enjoy running! We hope that you will come and join us on September 29th at Frank Brown Park for the 5K and Fun Run! More information will be forthcoming on how you can purchase your own Run for the Renascence T-shirt!
