The hardest part is actually making the decision. It’s hard to veer from a traditional path, even if your gut is screaming at you to do so. Research what you need to do, legally, to homeschool in your state and then do that. Send the letter. Call your parents. Tell your friends. Start a blog so you can’t backpedal. Do whatever you need to do to make it official and then breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that you’ve already done the hardest thing.(more)
