Outside the Box – d’Amileau Baulk

Laura Stahl has accepted the  Administrator position for the 2012-2013 school year at the Renascence School International’s founding school in Panama City, Florida. She formerly held the position of Director of Operations. Laura is charged with all oversight of the Panama campus, including staffing, scheduling, registration and day-to-day operations. Laura’s educational background is as diverse as it is well rounded with a Master of Environmental Engineering and a Master of Health Sciences from Johns Hopkins University. Additionally, she holds a Civil Engineering degree from the University of California Los Angeles. 

Mrs. Stahl also has a very strong background in occupational health and environmental protection. With over 20 years of service in the United States military, she is very conscious of her impact on the environment and loves her work. In addition she has experience in all phases of project management, including planning, implementation, and post project follow-up. These organizational skills will be very useful in her new position. 

Laura also ventures to the outdoors when time allows, having climbed multiple mountain ranges that include the Grand Canyon and Mt. Whitney. She has also climbed the Uluru/Ayers Rock in Australia and aspires to traverse Kilimanjaro in Africa. Laura has lived in multiple countries across the world, and understands that diversity of culture is critical for an individual’s ability to succeed in the global economy. We are fortunate to have her join the Renascence administrative family.
